Minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation is sincerely appreciated. MasterCard or Visa will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments.
Services are priced at different levels, and our base price of each service is featured. All salon prices are base price and up. For exact price quote, please consult your service provider prior to your service.
We ask that cellular phones be turned off prior to entering service areas.
For your child's safety and the complete relaxation of our guests, children may not accompany adults in service areas and we are unable to provide child care services in our waiting room. We request that children only visit the salon when they are receiving a service.
Please leave your valuables at home. Many of our services/treatments require the removal of jewelry. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damage to personal articles including jewelry and clothing.
We provide changing robes for the protection of your clothing.
We strongly encourage changing into a robe prior to any color or chemical service.
We offer an exchange rather than a refund on most products. Unopened makeup can be exchanged, however, opened makeup cannot.
